This program provides supported living services to men and women over the age of 18 who are recovering from chemical addictions.  The majority of clients enter this program after successful completion of a residential program.  The length of stay varies according to the individual need and rate of progress.

Specific services of the program, which are customized based on individual need, are evaluation and treatment; counseling and training in independent living; social and recreational programs; career counseling and work training activities; family education and support; coordination with other service providers and case management.

All Chemical Dependency Apartment Program residents are admitted after going through an external referral from a variety of agencies and screening by East House’s Admissions Coordinator.  For more information on referrals, click here.
