Do you feel like you are nearing a crisis and are in recovery from mental illness? Affinity Place is a no-fee, short-term, bed and breakfast style housing option staffed by people with lived experience. Affinity Place is a hospital diversion program that provides a recovery-oriented alternative to costly acute crisis services.
Affinity Place serves residents of Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.
If you are 21 years or older, have a diagnosis of a serious mental illness and are experiencing a crisis, you may be eligible for a short-term stay.

If you’re feeling like you need to talk to someone who gets what you’re going through, call our Affinity Place Warm Line at 585-563-7470. Our Warm Line Service is staffed 24/7 by Peer Crisis Mentors who know at times it can be easier to talk to someone who has had similar lived experiences.
