At East House, we provide a spectrum of supportive housing to meet you wherever you are on your recovery journey.

Community Residences:

For those who need more support on their journey, our community residences are here for you. East House’s six home-like group residences are staffed 24/7 to help you heal. From community activities, to medication management, to planning the next phase of your journey – we'll walk with you each step of the way.

Temporary Apartments:

For those who are ready for more independent living, our apartment programs empower individuals with their own living space while providing consistent support. From one-bedroom apartments with 24/7 staffing to independent apartments at various locations throughout Monroe County, we offer various levels of independence with a spectrum of customizable, continuous support from East House staff.

Permanent Supportive Housing:

Our permanent supportive housing programs are for people ready to live independently with a light touch from East House staff. Our staff partners with you to help find and maintain an apartment in the community, including financial assistance for qualified individuals.

Affinity Place Short-Term Respite:

Feel like you may be experiencing a mental health crisis? Need a safe place to recover? The hospital isn’t your only option. Affinity Place is a no-fee, short-term, bed and breakfast style housing option staffed by people with lived experience. 

Affinity Place is available to residents of Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties. 

If you are 21 years or older, have a diagnosis of a serious mental illness and are experiencing a crisis you may be eligible for a short-term stay.
